The proposed rule would make many qualified revisions to §?982.310, which governs the situation below which an operator may possibly terminate a tenancy. These revisions apply only to circumstances by which the termination is for legal exercise, unlawful drug use, or Alcoholic beverages abuse, as approved through the HAP lease addendum.In Oklahoma
